Use of booking engine:

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use this website content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of this website content requires the prior written permission of MITOS S.A. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of this website.

MITOS S.A. is committed to safeguarding the privacy of the users of this booking engine, while providing a service for online registration and hotel reservations. If you register on this site, your personal information (including your name, job title, company/institution's name, telephone, fax, postal and email address) is collected by MITOS S.A. We also collect personal information from you when you contact us (by email or otherwise). All of the personal information described above will be stored in our user database until 1 month after the end of the conference with the exception of the information required by the Tax Law to be retained.

MITOS S.A. will only use your personal information in order to contact you (for example by email, mail or telephone) regarding this specific conference.

MITOS S.A. has the right to publicise conference photos in the conference social media networks. This Privacy Policy only applies to the collection and use of data by MITOS S.A. It does not cover third party sites to which we provide links. Those sites may have their own privacy policies.

Cancellation policy:

Fees will be refunded if notification of cancellation is received by email minus an administration fee as follows:

Until September 23, 2022: 15% total fee

After September 23, 2022: 100% total fee

Upon emailing your registration cancellation request to the conference secretariat (info@mitos.com.gr) the registration refund will be processed within 40 days. There is no charge for substitution of another colleague.

Conference Registration Payment:

Online Registration must be made online via the conference website. The conference fee can be paid either online if paying by credit card or by bank transfer (bank account details are stated below). Registration will be completed only after receipt of full payment and confirmation from the cooperating bank. All payments are to be made in Euros. All financial transactions, either with the use of a credit card or wire transfer, are made directly with the cooperating bank (Piraeus Bank), assuring thus a maximum degree of security. The Organising committee and MITOS S.A. do not participate nor have access to personal data (such as credit card details) related to the financial transactions and thus have no such liability.

Any related claims should be addressed directly to the bank.

Registrations will only be valid once payment has been received.

Insurance Liability:

Mitos S.A. does not provide any form of insurance for the participants and strongly advise that participants make their own sufficient travel and health insurance arrangements.
